I’ll be honest, I was disappointed when this showed up. The item itself is okay, but it really didn’t match what I thought I was getting from the listing. The color looked different in person, and the material felt cheaper than what the description made it seem like.
Shipping was totally fine, so no issue there, but I bought it because of the details shown on the site, and that’s where I feel let down. I kind of blame the listing for making it seem nicer than it actually is. Not a total disaster, just not what I expected

I ordered something from shopnouveau and it did look cute when it arrived, but I wasn’t totally sure about the quality once I tried it on. It also didn’t fit me right, so I ended up returning it. The return process wasn’t awful, but it took a few days to hear back and I kept having to check my email for updates. The refund did come through eventually, just slower than I would’ve liked. I saw a promo on shopnouveau.com and thought I was getting a good deal. From my perspective, it looked like the discount would apply automatically, but once I got to checkout, suddenly there was a code involved and a few items in my cart didn’t even qualify.
Support was fine and they did answer me, but I still came away feeling a little misled. Maybe I just missed something, but I think the promo details should be way more upfront so shoppers like me know exactly what counts before getting to checkout
